Bedtime Stories Brings Magic to a Rainy Evening

Thank you so much to all of the families who braved the rain and came out to join our Bedtime Stories event on Wednesday evening. The children looked very cute and cosy in their pyjamas!

It was special to see the children’s huge excitement as they arrived and then the calm that began to descend as they shared books amongst the fairy lights and blankets in our classrooms.

We loved coming together for our storytimes in the hall at the beginning and end of the event, starting with If I Were Prime Minister by Trygve Skaug and Ella Okstad (read by Mr Sharp) and ending with Don’t Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus by Mo Willems (read by Mrs Birrell).

The hot chocolate and biscuits once again proved very popular! We hope you all had a wonderful time.
