How accessible this website is, and how to tell us about any problems
This statement applies to the Fetcham Village Infant School website at fetcham.surrey.sch.uk. It does not cover any other website we link to.
This website is run by Fetcham Village Infant School. We want as many people as possible to be able to use it, whatever their needs. That means you should be able to do the following.
- Navigate the whole site using a keyboard
- Skip straight to the main content on every page
- Zoom in up to 300% without text spilling off the screen
- Read the site on a phone, tablet or computer
- Use a screen reader to read page headings, links and images
- Turn off animations using your device’s “reduce motion” setting

How accessible this website is
We know that some parts of this website are not fully accessible. The issues we are aware of are listed below.
Some documents are published as PDFs — including policies, newsletters and curriculum maps. Older PDFs, and those we receive from other organisations, may not be tagged for screen readers, and some may be scans of printed pages.
These documents were published before September 2018 or come from third parties, and are exempt under the accessibility regulations. We will provide any of them in an accessible format on request.
Our admission and consent forms for new starters are provided through Tally, and our school calendar is drawn from Google Calendar.
These are third-party services and we do not control their code. If you have difficulty using any of them, please contact the school office and we will help you complete the form or give you the dates you need.
Getting information in a different format
If you need anything on this website in a different format — large print, easy read, audio recording, braille, or simply read aloud to you over the phone — please ask. Tell us what you need and which page or document it relates to, and we will do our best to help.
